Want to start working out from the comfort of your home? We offer gym design consulting in which we consider your needs, available space and budget to recommend ideas for an exciting home-based gym. Additionally, we share exercise regimens tailored to the type of equipment installed to help you get started!

CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION PLANS

Collision-Goat Training provides both nutritional advice and customized nutrition plans to meet your specific needs. We also have a registered nutritionist on our team who can provide recommendations on dietary plans for optimal health.

If you have a personal training goal, we want to help you meet it! Whether you are looking to lose body fat percentages, build on strength, or feel better and reveal a healthier looking body, we will design a customized training plan including nutritional guidance to efficiently solve and meet your needs.

 

We are experienced in training a variety of individuals including:

  • Athletes looking to build strength and conditioning within their specific sport

  • Seniors who want to maintain strength, bone density and flexibility

  • Clients who have altered movement patterns or limited use of limbs due to fibromyalgia, arthritis or cerebral palsy

PREFER TO TRAIN IN A GROUP?

 

If you prefer camaraderie while training, we offer Partner Group Training (2 people), Small Group Training (3-6 people), and Large Group Training (7 or more people). Group training provides a supportive environment and promotes accountability.

 

If you’re not ready for a training session yet, we also educate clients through fitness consultations. By discussing your current lifestyle and eating habits and consulting with your primary health physician (if applicable), we can create an efficient nutritional and exercise regimen for you.

I am a fitness professional with a commitment to delivering engaging education and training programs that support the development and enhancement of physical conditioning.

 

I take the time to get to know my clients through a consultation process. That allows me to create a personalized program, incorporating exercise and nutritional guidance, tailored to your goals. Once the program starts, you will have daily support to maximize your results.

 

My goal is to solve problems by first understanding and identifying where the problems start. My approach is focused on YOU above all else because I believe that is how we can truly achieve results.
